      Pros

      Worked directly with HQ in Tupelo and they were awesome to work with. I was even personally trained by Ms.Scott who traveled from Tupelo to come train me in Michigan. Hybrid option based on supervisor

      Unexpected terms and layoffs with no justification So much red tape - major bottlenecks at the top prevent the business from evolving Hire and fire on whims - don’t want you to form any type of working relationships
