    Pros

    JMMB has a culture of love and teamwork as such each team member has a voice... there is a genuine care among team leaders.

    Cons

    Massive growth / acquisition creates a risk that the culture may get diluted. At times, there are too many cooks in the kitchen

    Advice to Management

    At all times remember that the reason for JMMB's success in the past is linked to a genuine for the client.

    Pros

    Excellent people and Organization Culture. The company is always looking for innovative ways to improve service and products for their customers and employees.

    Cons

    The pace never slows, but that's a good thing isn't it :).

    Advice to Management

    There is room for greater alignment between the creative thinkers and the implementation teams.

    Pros

    Open, honest communication. Great team dynamics, wonderful benefits, continuous career development and training needs addressed

    Cons

    The work can get very demanding in some areas. You are always expected to go above and beyond which can blur the lines between work and personal life.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to listen to the people on the ground

    Pros

    Company treats staff as family, free lunch and snack, first name basis, everyone is apart of decision making.

    Cons

    when there are IPOs hours could get long but staying back is optional and dinner plus a ride home is provided.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the culture of the organization. It's amazing.

    Pros

    Strong culture encourage openness and honest communication. Environment is very warm and friendly and team members are committed to the job and goes above and beyond.

    Cons

    Flat organization structure need more room for growth. Though there are plans developed for Individuals growth and development the plans can hardly be executed with the flat organization structure.

    Great working environment and great emploees.

    Cons

    Highlypolitical and most persons get no promotion. Flat organizational chartand you are promoted if your manager likes you.

    Advice to Management

    Overhaul the organisation and look at each team meber deserving of a promotion

    Pros

    The company builds there culture and love and openness. Apart from that as a Manager, I was allowed to manage my section and do well at it. We were also allowed a certain amount of flexi time as long as you don't abuse it and you work the hours you are supposed to work. We could use our cell phones if the need arise. They had a great Lunch programme too.

    Cons

    Well for me the salary could be better.There was also a lot of work but I hate to be bored so I actually liked that challenge.

    Advice to Management

    Management is on a Good Path. The culture is Great and not quite sure how to put this but the spiritual values of the company I found Awesome. Benefits due to staff could be issued more timely and like I say I would have liked a better salary. That aside. I loved working for JMMB.

    Limited scope after you reach a certain level. Some what traditional style of doing things
