      Pros

      Love the people I work with, can make good money but, with the new pay structure my yearly income was cut in half. I also feel like camping world in general puts the salesman last to be taken care off

      Cons

      Pay structure keeps changing, and they changed all the minimum payed commission on units. Worked car sales and I made more on cars minimal payed commission. Worst part is there accounting department over the past year has been completely awful and they have messed up on paying people the right commission a lot.

      Exposure to complex systems , complex business use cases,technologies.

      I'm not young. IT professional. Never in my entire career, have I have ever worked somewhere so hard, for such little return in the overall compensation package. Only to be laid off, after yrs of service, with a family to support, without 1 single day of severence. 0 401k match, notable below avg pay.
