Cons
Schedules are made on a week basis; are posted on Sundays. Sometimes this is early morning Sunday and sometimes it can be as late as 6pm. If you cannot make your shift and cannot find full coverage, you will be written up; even if it is an emergency. Finding coverage can be hard depending on your circumstances. The pay. It is minimum wage. If you don’t make good in tips that day, it is definitely felt. Because this company operates in a college town, there isn’t much room for career growth/opportunities.
