Cons
1. Complicate salary structure with 10% as performance bonus, that they will give you after 10 month 2. HR is rules every department from internet permission to salary, they did not any knowledge about software but still they any how make it. 3. HR did not care about employees, no facilities for lunch, only table and fan nothing else, not even water for hand washing, 4. Technical skills lack in every TL 5. 6 day working per week 6. No medical calm, no PF, nothing else good 7. Last but not least, bad Politics
