      Best company I have ever worked for hands down, and I have worked in some bad companies. There is a good work life balance that is encouraged. Company is growing fast, and there is a lot of room for growth, and many opportunities. This company is going places.

      Pros

      Comfortable and laid-back work atmosphere. Fast-paced environment with potential areas that can benefit from an efficiency improvement mindset. Great people to work with a nice diverse culture.

      Cons

      Payscale for specific skillsets, credentials, and professional expertise is well below market minimum for a company of this size. Roles, pay, expectations, and forward progression should always be in writing. Internal communication is in desperate need of improvement.
