      I had an awful working experience at JFLA. Leadership is unsupportive, and will retaliate if you try to speak up for yourself. You will be given way more work than what is in your job description - which is to be expected in non-profit, but JFLA takes advantage of this fact. It is truly the most toxic, disconnected organization that I have ever been part of. Systems and processes are changed at the whim of whomever management deems is in charge of a department. You will get cold called weekly just to make sure you’re constantly at your computer. Everyone is afraid at JFLA, and no one is happy.

      I have been worked at Jewish Free Loan Association for more than 2 years . Great bunch of people and learning experience. The JFLA staff is the hardest working team in the business. Friendly, warm, and as professional as they come, I’ve been blessed to work with so many amazing people during my time with the company. Looking forward to working with my colleagues in the coming months and hopefully years.
