Pros

If you are looking for a career that offers gratification and a way to change peoples lives for the better then JobTrain is right place for you.

Cons

You wear several hats under one title which can cause you to be stretched too thin. This is a common theme for nonprofits. On the flip side, it will give you a chance to gain some valuable skills for your next role.

Pros

The organization centers itself around helping those most in need to succeed and they do right by the students providing valuable training and teaching them soft skills.

Cons

Working for a non-profit is challenging when trying to find a balance between compensation and the value of ones work/job.

Pros

The employees are kind and helpful. The mission of the organization is admirable and the employees truly want to help the client and students.

Cons

low pay, and over-worked, but that's expected in a non-profit
