I have been working at Johnny Rockets full-time

    Pros

Can move up from basic serving position but will cap out at store Management. If you have the right staff working with you it is a fun work environment.

    Cons

No home life, benefits aren't the best, have to work 55-60 hour weeks, 12 hour shifts which turn into 14 hours cause you can never leave. Be prepared to be watched on a camera all the time and get phone calls if someones shirt isn't tucked in properly. Claim to have a Bonus program but no one ever sees it.

I have been working at Johnny Rockets part-time

    Pros

-Simple menu, easy to learn. Great spot to start in serving. You'll be able to put it down as solid experience.

-Coworkers are pretty fun to be around. The atmosphere makes it so customers are usually very nice. I had very few rude guests.

-Weekends provide good tips. Work as much as you can on them.

    Cons

-Some of the restaurants are small which leads to fewer tables. Weekdays especially can be slow except for kids eat free Tuesday.

-I also believe training style can vary from store to store. Mine was fine but I've heard some locations do not put as much time into training. Make sure that employees are mopping, cleaning, etc. correctly even if it feels petty to do.

-Sometimes menu changes were not relayed to employees consistently. Did not always get told when exactly something was coming off the menu since new ones didn't immediately ship out.

    Advice to Management

    - Communicate menu changes effectively

-Make sure servers are effectively trained for each part of the job

I worked at Johnny Rockets part-time

    Pros

The people I worked with were nice.

    Cons

I got asked to work double shifts a lot. They also switched managers three times in the few months I worked there.
