Honestly I have never been in a company with such a high turnover. My predecessor lasted a few months and I lasted a year. The CEO is extremely rude and micromanages everyone. I found myself doing things that were not in my job description and that I really don’t like doing. I always thought of myself as a good employee and always got praised on previous jobs, but at this company I constantly feel like I am way below average. It’s just not an uplifting environment. There are some great people, but the culture is broken for sure and morale is super, super low. Is chocking really.

Poor management, constant micromanaging, bullying, harassment, treating people like utter trash, no structure, and a lack of accountability. People get taken advantage of. Hourly workers are now allowed overtime, but salaried workers are expected to give their lives up for this job. After you are hired, you are expected to do a lot more work compared to what was in the job description, so this is very misleading.
