No pros about this company very unorganized company hopefully I find a new job soon

Long days, under paid for the amount of work you do, bosses treat you horrible the big boss was a dentist he bought the company as a investment and is failing drastically

I work there 7 days each day I work 2 days riding with a driver trainer trying to get trained his door does not close you have to ride in the cold with it open I remind you it's winter time and then I worked on a Saturday and he had a different truck and I'm on that side and my door doesn't shut I remind you it is winter time like 10° and with wind blowing on you as you driving and I remind you that's a safety issue they should be violated
