      The food selections in the area

      The company is very shady and secretive, The owner issues empty promises and 2 weeks later laid people off, and i was one of them. They also have payroll issues, I was given a payroll check to 2 different closed accounts. They also penalized me for taking a vacation when I was aware of a layoff, so i was only paid a third of my salary. They do not care about your well being, They blindsided us with the layoff. They are very inefficient and unorganized. Very unprofessional and deceptive

      New location is nice, good food around

      Cons

      -Lay offs no notice, no severance package nothing at all you will suffer after that. -People are getting fired let and right -People are resigning left and right -Working there right now is working under fear, you walk into the office not knowing if it is your last day. - I have personally watched excellent coworkers laid off for no reasons and I am fearful. Peers that personally trained us - I can't even advice to join at the moment they are not hiring there is no work coming -Salary worst, PTO worst they will approve it but make you feel bad for taking it ( only 2 weeks they give ) -if you are not happy right now with your company stick with them you will not be happy here Hopefully I can get out of here soon

      Why is every time a truthful bad review gets posted, there is a 5 star anonymous review right behind it with generic information??? Losing more people all of the time and the mentorship and workload are dumped on the remaining individuals!

It is possible that an employee can have a genuinely positive experience and decide to share those thoughts around the same time a negative review is posted. We understand that workload balance is crucial to job satisfaction, and it is something we actively work to improve at KDM. If you have concerns about your own mentorship or workload, it is important to address these issues directly with your manager or the HR department. Constructive feedback and open communication are essential to workplace improvements.
