    Pros

    Good corporate culture. Expanding business that presents many professional growth opportunities.

    Cons

    Lean organization with many people wearing multiple hats. Although this might make some people feel stretched at times - it is a great way for someone to get many different experiences.

    Advice to Management

    As business continues to expand, make sure to take the time to communicate to everyone.

    I worked at KWI full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    There are few colleagues who are smart, caring, and sharing.

    Cons

    Bad and confused management with very expensive medical, no over time, no bonus, no raise, no training, and extreme turnover. Managers have no respect for you. This place is only good for short stay no matter what position you are at. You will either leave on your own or get terminated.

    Advice to Management

    Get educated on what it means to lead, listen, reward, invest in your people. Most of all, RESPECT your employee.

    Apparent lack of respect/Corporate UN-cultured

    Advice to Management

    Why bother. ceo’s Buddies who own bluemercury have the same issues. Ignore turnover (see Glassdoor reviews). Top dogs are in denial, get paid, Notable among others in their industry, and are too lazy to focus on bottom line. Trumpism. of struggle or turnover., ignore it! Chief officer of people is a joke. Token position to make labor board think there are human beings running the show who respect and develop the biggest asset: solid, loyal staff.

    Pros

    I don't find any pros in this place.

    Cons

    Dangerously Outdated technology. No strategy for future. Everything is spur of the moment. Next to none bonus. Insane amount of work hour. Very high cost medical. No personal life. Deadly micro management.

    Learn to invest in your people.

    Pros

    There are some great people here at the company which really care and really try to help. However, they are far and few between and they are trying to find their way out of the company.

    Cons

    My co-workers are constantly bullied by the CEO. As the subject matter expert in my field, I was told outright by him that I am clueless in my role. If you disagree with him, he will find a way to have your manager fire you.

    Massive turnover... When I come in to work, I never know who is not coming back- Even HR staff is disappearing. One of these days, my badge will no longer work.

    Make working at KWI less painful- PLEASE!

    You have a regular paycheck coming in.

    Cons

    Everything. CEO is a liar and a bully. You know there is a problem if the management team constantly turns over. "Changes are coming, changes are coming" Nope........If you want employees to flourish then manage by example and not fear.

    Come into the culture of 2018 and not bully employees like the 1950's.

    Free Parking, $2.00 food credit everyday, made good friends

    Terrible management
    CEO is a bully lair
    Under staffing and under paid
    All sr. management changed 3 times in last 4 years

    Advice to Management

    practice what you preach. The is not 2 way condor here, if you speak up and say want you feel you will be fired. The CEO is a bully who needs to let managers do what they were hired to do without being afraid to speak up.

    Get an idea of a very poorly managed company.

    Cons

    Sam Kliger is an uneducated and dishonest individual. He is passionate about stealing money from the retail companies.

    The work environment is highly toxic. The employees verbally abuse one another. There have been cases of workplace violence and sexual harassment.

    Advice to Management

    Do not be dishonest with customers and employees.
