      It's fancy when I work hands-on with machinery and equipment.

      Cons

      Do you walk into a place and instantly feel your being crushed? That's Kalcorp for you. The atmosphere is so toxic, it's wonder anyone can stand it. Management breathes down your neck, coworkers stab you in the back, and morale? Ha! Non-existent.

      Kalcorp is like a revolving door for employees. This company has a very high employee turnover rate because no one lasts while under the horrible leadership. Besides the abusive and toxic management, the work environment is also extremely stressful and fast-paced. There's no point in staying here because you're just wasting your time.

      I'm a fast learner and I could adapt to anything quickly but this is ridiculous!

      Firing and hiring employees are like the management's hobby! The turnover is insane, new coworkers come and go every two weeks!! It's exhausting to have to introduce yourself and orient new ones so often!
