I have been working at Kalcorp full-time

    Pros

Great place to work, friendly coworkers and management. No politics here, something that I commonly find in the places I used to work. Nice company culture that promotes respect among employees at every level. I have seen management make constant improvements in the workplace in my stay here.

    Cons

Don't have any concerns, days can be busy but that is pretty normal for any sales job.

I worked at Kalcorp full-time for more than a year

    Pros

No tiring and useless meetings like my last job.

    Cons

The workload is usually high, but the busy seasons are enough to make anyone crazy. There is so much work that you won't be able to give time to your family or have some for yourself. I quit as I couldn't handle the madness any longer

    Pros

Friendly work atmosphere, typical retail job, no drama. Organized work structure. There’s a great deal of respect between employees and management. Open door policy, management listens to feedback and this has translated to positive changes in the workplace. Small company feel - it’s like a community. Nice co-workers, and managers that care.

    Cons

I have been working at Kalcorp full-time for less than a year

    Pros

In this company, we have a strong goal-setting orientation in which all of us are driven to be productive and effective. Our management may have ambitious objectives, but they challenge us to be better. They defined their expectations clearly, and we persist to achieve them. It helps that they are realistic and feasible.

    Cons

This is a supportive team so everything can be talked about.

I have been working at Kalcorp full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Kalcorp gave me the chance to work on engaging projects that would be a great addition to my portfolio. My exposure to different kinds of people, including our team and external stakeholders, is instrumental to my career growth. The connection is amazing! Kudos to our competent CEO!

    Cons

There was nothing we can't raise to our management.

I have been working at Kalcorp full-time

    Pros

I get to work with hardworking, friendly colleagues. Supportive management team that cares about their employees. Training gave me the confidence to talk with customers and improve my sales skills. No micromanagement, no supervisors constantly breathing down your neck. Nice, relaxed work atmosphere.

    Cons

I can't think of any, just usual problems when you're in sales.

    I worked at Kalcorp full-time

    Pros

There could be a lot of opportunities for learning and gaining experience in sales.

    Cons

The biggest downside is the lack of adequate training and support from the management. During my first days at work, I was expected to just perform immediately and was pressured to make sales. It was a horrible experience for me but I was able to make my way out of it and taught myself. However, I still never wanted to experience that kind of inadequate training.

I worked at Kalcorp full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The management knows how to run the company.

    Cons

It is a kind of workplace where loners do well. You have to be extremely self-motivated to work here as you will be hired to do one task and then forced to do ten others.I had to clean up the mess of others more than I did my job.It was not a very pleasant experience.
