Business Outlook
Pros
Great pay when you're a server, one of the more expensive restaurants around Wichita. Hours of operation is only evenings. Not much sidework takes about 30mins to finish all of it. Coworkers are really nice. Customers are regulars.
Cons
The owners are uptight, they focus so much on bringing the restaurant to a higher level that they forget to treat their employees with more respect. Rude and yell at you.
