      Like working with some staff and clients, able to learn and build skills due to complex clients

      Cons

      Case mangers are bullies and throw you under the bus to save themselves. Take on clients they don't have to staff for amd will leave staff on shift when there is no cover, and don't stand up for clients rights, only see money, don't care about your issues and won't respond to emails/calls,
