Pros
good benefits 401k plan is the only plus about this job.
Cons
Hostile work environment at most houses, unfair treatment, no protection for staff safety, low wages for the work. No meal breaks or rest periods.

Pros
Great management and coworkers. Ok pay and benefits. Mostly you just have fun with kids when they are having good days, it's hardly like work.
Cons
When the kids have bad days it can be exhausting and draining. There are a couple workers in the company that are lazy and a couple that cause drama with everyone. You just need to avoid shifts with them when you can as most are great.
