    Small family like environment, strong performance, some great products and Analysts as well as Portfolio managers, strong solution oriented technology manager

    Cons

    1 Executive management hardly cares, they have checked out mentally, 2 Some senior Back office management are a big bottleneck as they don’t know anything, are too defensive in trying anything, cover their backs and never ever decide in any meetings but still want to be involved 3.     Advice to Management

    Get rid of bottleneck managers, you know who they are, for God’s sake decide on a topic in meetings, don’t waste everyone’s time in meetings for sake of an update, focus on efficiency and technology

    Let me clarify first. I was a short timer, I bailed out before the ink on my offer letter dried up. Many reasons for that: 1. The client services “management” had "some" idea of what needed to be done, but had no idea on how to improve the process.     Advice to Management

    Get a good management n place who wants to get hands dirty and bring efficiency in place, not someone who is interested in lip service only. Company can save cost and be more efficient and responsive.
