    Cons

Benefits, pay, low morale, no accountability for employees slacking, unfair division of workload, terrible management

    Advice to Management

Take care of your people, we can't make a living since you slashed our raises, benefits, and added more responsibilities. How can you expect someone to be willing to do way more for less? Then to top it all of you add a person to a department without a degree for the same pay? The position required a degree to perform the functions of the job. Pros

I get paid every two weeks.

    Cons

Everything else. They do not pay people accordingly and expect you to train the people they bring in and pay more than you.

I worked at Keefe Group part-time for more than 6 years

    Pros

Weekly pay. I made a couple of great friends!

    Cons

Management does not care about workers. The pay is low and increases barely each year, about 35 cents a year. They keep bad employees when low on employees. It is hard to get new hires and keep them due to management. Company morale is low. Employees are endangered regularly by inmates that are let loose in front of Keefe employees alone. Deputies can be respectful and intimidated to employees.

    Advice to Management

    Get rid of bad supervisors!
