Pros
They try to make a friendly atmosphere. They celebrate birthdays. They allow business casual dress. They have donut days and pizza day where the company brings in the food. They have special events once or twice a year where they draw names and give away pretty good prizes.
Cons
Many of the leadership have worked there for 15+ years. Many started right out of high school, so they have grown up there. Pros
A different and unique kind of job.
Cons
No upward mobility. You may feel stuck.
