      - Super friendly team - Technical strong co workers - Working on a mission that I believe in - Cash flow positive - Can work on multiple technologies

      - Sometimes I need to take calls with colleagues from the Berlin office. Timezone coordination can be a little frustrating.

      Pros

      This team is the smartest group of people I have ever had the pleasure to work with, everyone actually cares about the greater good of the company and about each other. Co-founders are fair and, expectations are always clear and attainable.

      Cons

      Nothing to do with the company per se but at times the commute is longer than I'd like.
