I have been working at KellyOCG full-time

    Pros

Flexible schedules and good benefits (although expensive)

    Cons

Fail to be proactive with staffing needs including backups for people on vacation. Causes a lot of overtime hours with no extra compensation since it is an Exempt position. Have to sacrifice vacation time to get the job done.

    Advice to Management

Hire managers that have actually done the job. Otherwise they do not comprehend the workload; they can only go by stats.

I worked at KellyOCG full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Ability to work remote
Co-workers are great to work with and great team players.
Great sales people with years of experience and top talent

    Cons

If you socialize with the VP on a daily basis you can get to the top by throwing others under the bus.
HR does not have hold upper management accountable for their behaviors.
Management does not get involved with client until there are major issues even though they have been brought to their attention.
Promotions are all about who you know.

    Advice to Management

The CEO needs to start socializing with the employees on the ground and get feedback on their upper management.

    Pros

Lots of flexibility and ability to work from home or leave for appointments as long as work is being completed.

    Cons

Pay does not increase much with a promotion so if you move up in the company you are still at the bottom of the pay scale for the role, even though you'd have more experience with the company.

    Pros

Great place to work. Amazing people. Great salary. Great benefits. Can't get any better than this.

    Cons

None. This is a great place to start a career and have a stable income. I would recommend it to anyone.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing your best and listening to your employees. We appreciate that more than you know. Thank you for all that you do.

    Pros

I wish I could come up with some sort of pro of working at Kelly OCG but I cannot think of many except looking good on my resume.

    Cons

Terrible management. Quick to verbally abuse employees and throw them under bus for the smallest mistakes. Top heavy. Managers are hand picked friends not promoted because of their skills. HR refuses to get involved with manager issues.

Will not invest in the needs of the employees making them money. Many times I reported my computer did not work and the company would not fix it. Told me I still had to get work done when 100% of my job was on a computer. No vision. It was the absolute worst job I have ever had. If you want to grow and enjoy your work do not come here.

    Advice to Management

Management above OCG. Clear the house. Put people who actually care about the company not just socializing with their friends. Hold them accountable for their actions. If you do not you will continue to lose great talent and get stuck with the sub par leaders you have now.

I have been working at KellyOCG full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

KellyOCG is a very flexible place to work - generous salary and bonus - upward mobility/opportunities for advancement - great team and great management

    Cons

Benefits are not great, PTO time is limited (10 days year), coordination with other business units of Kelly Services is limited and thus confuses the customer. For those who work onsite at the client (as I do), it is difficult to feel "part of the team"

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work on employee engagement and perks.

I have been working at KellyOCG full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

All levels of leadership to front lines working together to innovate the customer and candidate experience in our RPO practice. We're connecting the dots globally to better respond to our global clients and to assist talent anywhere in the world.

    Cons

To be a global player requires flexibility to collaborate on a 24/7 basis. Exciting but challenging.

    Advice to Management

Over communicate - don't assume the message is filtered to your front lines
