Pros
Colleagues are good but are influenced in a bad way by Nidhi saraf Harsh saraf is comparatively better in terms of management and he makes sense while working but he has his on cons (likes to dominate people)
Cons
1) Nidhi doesnt work enough all she does is pure politics and creates unnecessary competition among employees 2) She herself puts good reviews about her company but the reality is very different and hell 3) any family dispute leads an impact on employee and she just not mature enough to handle highs and lows of the deals 4) You wont get enough salary as an IB professional and they will make you beg for workex letter
