Pros

Every day is different and I get to work with a variety of people (both coworkers, owners, and tenants). Pay is pretty good and I feel like the job security is strong as long as you show up and do what is expected. There is a lot of communication and is fast paced so the weeks go by quickly.

Cons

Some owners and tenants can be overbearing, unrealistic, and rude. Most are not that way but those who are can really turn a good day into a bad one.

Pros

Due to the management style by the company, the employees are not micro-managed and have a flexible schedule. Besides the newer leasing agents, no employees were forced to go into the office daily.

Cons

The culture of the company is completely toxic to both your mental heath and to their clients assets. I feel more comfortable now that I am not at the company to be more honest with this review. The way the management uses a system built around favoritism, rather than your work ethics. The company has some employees that work 60 hours a week while some that barely work. Then at the end of the year, the management team gives an award to those who are doing much less. They have a conflict of interest problem for their clients. They have a manager who makes the company use her overpriced cleaning company rather than doing whats in the best interest of the client. When it comes to the management tactics from the chief of staff, its absolutely abhorrent. He doesn't listen to anyone he doesn't "like", has zero experience in anything the company does day to day, incorporates processes that make the employees job harder, wastes hours of your time on Wednesday for useless meetings, and will ultimately gaslights you if he disagrees with you. The CEO of the company is useless, doesn't actually help in any capacity to enrich the experience for the employees and only listens to the leadership team, who are clueless themselves. The last disappointment was always being baited along for a better paying position. Being told that you would move up and get a great raise, just to be told its not good enough. They make you question your self worth and work ethic. After going to another job for a little time now, its amazing to see how badly the treatment was here. Not only being in a better paying job now with much less of a toxic environment. I would suggest that people look past the fake facade.
