Not any that I can think of. They are a smaller bank so maybe pay would be on the lower side for those who are getting an entry level position.

Great people and Leadership is really personable. They have always been willing to help their employees. I like that there is definitely a small bank feel to the job. You know your customers and they know you.

Cons

Can get monotonous and there is a lack of upward growth available. (That is how most small banks are though)
