Cons

Micromanagement, The 'CEO', who is legally no longer the 'CEO', asks you to send a detailed report on your day at the end of each day. If you don't send in the report, you're in trouble. The 'CEO' takes the liberty of behaving aggressively towards everyone, spreading terror. Phones listened in, cars tracked, no respect for privacy. Even the boxes of complaints and suggestions filed by Liantis are destroyed. Yes, DESTROYED! Are you ill? No one believes you. Even the medical certificate makes them doubt you. He takes the liberty of contacting you during your illness to express his doubts. Looks at you sideways when you come back. You can have a ten-page CV, fifty master degrees, and a doctorate, but the 'CEO' is still the Einstein of the clan, with a lousy IQ. Pitiful salary. Even if you're unemployed you'll earn more (at least your mental health won't suffer as much). No respect for women and no gender equality in this company. Ideas are not listened to, not respected because, as I said, he knows everything better than anyone else. Oh yes, they also make you sign a document at the end so you don't say anything wrong about them. HAHA
