Pros
Great pay for the few hours given. My supervisor was nice and pleasant to work with. QUICK RESPONSES.
Cons
Kept employees at a part-time status to avoid benefits. Promised daytime hours in the interview, and misled about violent client cases. Did not support RBT or follow through on client cancellations. - Most of the scheduled hours were cancelled. You will not get paid! The bonus schedule is a joke, $20-50 at the end of the month is nothing! It won't even cover the gas spent on driving to clients for that month. They expect you to be available at non-scheduled times, with a significant amount of work outside of paid hours.
