      Entry-level position, you can learn something new. mistakes are reasonable.

      Cons

      Too busy every day. understaffed. Salary is lower than average. The working environment needs to be improved. There is no air conditioner. Summer will be very hot. There will be also a lot of physical duty, and you have to endure.
