Perform well and they will allow you to treat others however you like. If you are a well performing engineer expect to be allowed to get away with sexism, harassment, and seemingly anything you'd like. I wasn't one of the lucky ones, but I'd imagine its a rush feeling untouchable. You're there to have maximum value extracted. The humanity of their employees does not factor into decision making. It's nice to know where you stand, they don't pretend to care about you. I never felt like I had to count my drinks. The company provides free beer and lots of it. Getting aggressively drunk after work is encouraged. Interesting technologies and talented engineers.

You really have the flexibility to work in whatever way fits your life best, in order to reach your full potential. Kira truly is a great company with a positive culture and a team (including the execs) that really pull together to create a great, supportive, happy and productive workplace. I feel pushed to do great work and pushed to do what is best for my career. I am honestly shocked at any negative reviews previously posted and have found nothing but a great, professional experience with Kira and my awesome co-workers.
