Casual environment where rules aren’t really enforced at all

Extra work, barely any coffee-making it’s mostly just smoothies and acai bowls, they do 6 delivery services, constantly understaffed, NO TRAINING, expectation to pick up shifts and work overtime (unpaid at that)

- only cash tips - constant shortage of staff - maximum three people per shift including rush hours - other duties include preparing açaí bowls and their ingredients, making sandwiches, baking breads, heating up appetizers - High turnover rate resulting in inexperienced staff - management often had scheduling issues
