      Easy once you learn depending on shift worked and who working alongside with.

      Cons

      Separation between upper management , employees with seniority and new hires is all drama and negative vibes, its so unnecessary, yet remains a big problem. Some employees start drama or try to sabotage other departments and their peoples ( ie...always drama between say Dispatch vs guards or developers and office personal vs installers..H.R. vs owners ect) often treating others disrespectfully and unfairly make working conditions uncomfortable too often,
