      There aren't any pros of working in this company

      Cons

      They try to show that they are maintaining a very cool culture like MNCs by sponsoring and organizing engagement activities but as a matter of fact, the culture is far off the the culture they pretend to have. Hypocrite management . Even the employees at higher designation are no different.

      Pros

      - If you are starting your career it will help you in becoming a professional/learn how corporate life works. - Very good Team support - Gives really good annual hikes compared to peers - Better career Opportunities

      Cons

      - There will be a few bad apples, 1 out of 50, who think that they own everything and sometimes yell and shout to show their dominance. Don't let this ever dishearten or demotivate you. - Pays slightly lesser than Industry average - Not much Perks and Benefits compared to peers (Short term) - Learning curve becomes flat after a certain period of time.
