Family run business, no union, openned to ideas

The long term vision is big but the reality of every day production sets in and the lack of challenges for a supervisor are unmotivating.

I had a great time working there. Everyone is friendly, atmosphere is pleasant. Parking, a gym, a huge cafeteria and they do organise a lot of activities!
