Cons
No one from management sincerely cares for the children so it's not surprising that they don't care for the staff either! They purposely abuse us to get their money's worth when they don't even pay for our overtime! They make us work long hours without thinking about our wellbeing. They're the worst!!
LEEP is a tightly run place, very integrated staff and policies/routines that make things feel simple once you get the hang of it. The interdisciplinary aspect is really cool, being able to work with your clients alongside SLP's and social workers is rewarding. The feeling of being part of a team and having consistent support keeps a fresh feeling and the management is involved and passionate.
Cons
ABA is not consistently practiced here... I have seen treatment plans get ignored and kids get yelled at by fellow professionals. Clinicians make fun of the children daily and it is heartbreaking to witness. It's a bit of a crude stop if you want to practice ABA seriously.
