      good starting salary for the frasher

      not a stable project and dont think they will sustain very long and also 9hr work no work life balance

      I couldn't find anything good.

      Cons

      Manipulative. Anarchic system. You're expected to work overtime which makes it difficult to maintain a work-life balance. I know one individual working for more than two years without any pay rise and another previously worked for almost two years without any rise as well.
