      Pros

      - Offers accelerated learning to Junior-level employees - Lot of things to put on your resume

      Cons

      - Work/Life balance is non-existent - Salary is very low and non-negotiable - Overflowing with office politics that stems directly from the CEO - Working with Korea/Japan can be extremely infuriating - No upward mobility - Employees are treated like crap - Can feel outcasted if you don't speak Korean

      Great in Asia, Better in Asia Cute Characters

      Cons

      Specific review of the LA office. Run by Koreans who don't understand US culture. Frequently speak Korean in the office. Any non-Koreans will feel very unwelcome. Somewhat racist environment, as they favor employees who speak Korean, and is very cliquey. CEO in the US is severely lacking any leadership or strategy. Lack of transparency between Senior Management and Junior employees

      I got to put products on hold for when i wanted to buy it

      Horrible management Horrible system for phones. I was a high school student working 3:30 pm until 12:30 am. My mum would want to call and check everything was okay, but I was not allowed to even have my phone on my person. If you were caught with your phone in your pocket, or even an Apple Watch, you would get in trouble. Management played favorites with this though and some would be allowed. Very terrible break scheduling. Management would “forget” if it was your break time and you’d still be working and they wouldn’t let you go until they felt like it sometimes
