Cons

It’s hard work. Be prepared. I’m sure some foreman/ sites are better than others.

The work is much more dangerous than advertised. Co-workers are less than welcoming, usually rude and unhelpful, They expect you to understand everything perfectly from the start, despite the fact that the training is so short and limited.
