Nitpicky micromanagement. I was laid off after having an extremely profitable year due to “lack of business” What a joke. Sounds to me like they didn’t want to pay bonuses out.

This was the worst company I have ever worked for. No training for the position. Blame culture. Favoritism. Bias. Harassment. Discrimination . Unclean office space. No cleaning company for office or bathrooms. Old computers . Not being heard by management. Rude work environment . No one speaks to you . No team meetings , no training. Expected to just know what to do. This company has ruined my mental health. They don’t care about you. Worst management. Wage theft. The list goes on. Can’t go to management for any support . The Hr department is the worst. This company is the worst I’ve ever came across . I worked for a year and was the most relieved when I left. I never want anyone to experience what I experienced here.
