This place prides themselves on being "people first," but they are anything but. Management will be very quick to talk about you behind your back and find ways to deflect blame on themselves and place it on you. Training is nonexistent. Management will also stress to you that you need to go to them for help, but will either never help or will even say they are not going to help you. Focus will only be on the negative and you will never be recognized for your successes and achievements. Management does not respect your time. They will stand you up for meetings over and over with no notice, but will make sure you drop everything if they need to meet with you on busy days. I never once felt valued on my team. The only gratitude you will receive will be from the other teams you collaborate with. Never in my life have I ever worked in such a toxic environment.

This place is full of cliques and if you are not in with the right people, you have a target on your back. Managers gossip to your teammates about you and your performance. “Training” is a word that they don’t understand whatsoever and then it comes down on you when you don’t know how to do something. Evil evil place. Pay is less than market and “bonus” plan is absolutely unachievable. Keep growing globally with no plan and not enough staff.
