      they will take even if you don't have any degree but if you have technical orentaion and you fast learner

      They do not advocate promoting employees from within the company to more advanced positions. The salary is low relative to the industry.

      Really poor work environment. A lot of pressure coming from management and not enough managers in power to delegate the work to the company teams.
