The company was great to work for a few years ago. There was a commitment to clients, families, staff and the community. Now it is all about money and making a quick buck.
Cons
They will treat you like family until it no longer serves them. Most of the benefits (flexible sick time and days off, glasses etc) have been removed or restricted.
