Poorly ran, Every decision is very knee jerky in their reaction, make promises to people they dont intend to keep. The CEO is a micro manager and extremely tight with money, even when it comes to safety and peoples health, HR are only there to cover his behind and keep him from being sued but they are doing a bad job about it. OSHA would have a hayday at the place. Tons of violations that employees tell them about repeatedly. Board of Labor needs to be called on them for their vacation and sick pay policies alone. They do not follow state laws reguarding Sick Pay Act. They try and go around the law. Every welder there almost is looking to get out. I left a good job to go there and did my job great only to be fired for no reason told to me.
