    Pros

Offshore is awesome. You get to work on multiple interesting projects simultaneously.
Onsite - Only plus is that salary is competitive with other services companies.

    Cons

No policies on many fronts. No family/paternity leave for male employees.

No sales team, hence, no long term projects. Most of them are for 3-6 months which makes the company behave like a staffing firm

    Advice to Management

    Get a dedicated sales team

I have been working at LatentView Analytics full-time

    Pros

Love the work environment and culture, its lively.

    Cons

Not a place to grow your skills. Type of work is stagnated and not much of scope to work on challenging things and to enhance your knowledge. Lot of politics in the management, and over the years it has become tough to voice out your opinion and stand out.

    Advice to Management

Growing an organization means recruiting and retaining talent for which you have to spend, recruiting bulk of people who are merely talented will grow org. but not the way you want.
