"Other companies invest in you, here they extract from you"

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at LatentView Analytics full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    1. Peace of mind and stability if you forget about career growth.

    Cons

    1) Horrible people policies - Retrospectively they change policies to harm careers of employees (mostly cos they don’t care) 2) Pointless HR team - They should rename itself as Policy resource team instead of Human Resource 3) Story of RMG and 3 directors - the reason why employees no longer admire this company. For they are why an employee has nothing to look forward to in terms of growth for self 4) No career growth - just don’t hope that you will grow in this company as the company itself has not grown in the last 5 years. Even though its you who gets the monthly billing, you are only looked at as an expense. 5) No onsite opportunities – They have stopped applying visas and even if you get one, they wont send you 6) Enslaved at onsite – don’t expect anything apart from salary. No i140 or GC will be initiated regardless of how many years you work here (and perform well), no way will they help you. If you go onsite, make sure you move out of the company as soon as possible. There’s absolutely no reason why you should feel so harassed. Other companies invest in you, here they extract from you 7) Pointless exercises – you will end up spending way too much time filling up innumerable administrative documents, timesheets, MBRs, meetings. 8) They will squeeze the life out of you to make sure they make the highest margins. But don’t expect to get your complete variable pay(unlike the past) and don’t expect industry leading compensation or hikes. 9) Bad projects, not even sure if it’s an analytics company anymore.

    Cons

    1. Lack of leadership and ownership by top management. 2. Management tend to be unprofessional with clients and employees. 3. No career growth. I dont know what is up with lack of promotions and bonuses. Bottom line: I can echo most of the other reviews in US post the CEO change.

I worked at LatentView Analytics full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    They pay you on time

    Cons

It is just any other company. 1. You are a “resource”, they pay you and they believe they own ALL of your time. 2. Policies are changed retrospectively and never for the good 3. Thanks to the policies, Company will soon be filled with only those who cant find any other opportunity. Everyone wants to Quit. 4. Everyone needs to do sales. So better have a business degree. All because they are not able to grow. 5. They want to move everything to offshore where margins are higher. So basically even the company wants you to quit 6.You will have a "present" but not a "future" here. 7. Don’t expect anything. Not even job security, forget supporting you in any Visa related issue. 8. Under the previous CEO, Gopi, this was a company you would have loved and cared about because the company cared about employees. Now, only Money Matters. 9. By the looks of it, they may be even be trying to sell the company. So, join if you have no other choice. Move on as soon as you find any other (I am not even using the word better here) opportunity.
