Pros

Beautiful office and some really cool people, solid creative direction.

Cons

They had this very creative guy as their CEO, now they have two racist grandpas that want to rip clients off. All they care about is making money, there is absolutely no concern with the actual work, with the creative process. They are desperate and in the verge of closing the shop. It's just a bad place to be if you want to be creative and take risks. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU COME HERE. ASK ABOUT THE WORK AND WHICH ACCOUNTS YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH.

The two old grandpas are actually very experienced marketers with over 20 years of client experience and 18 years of agency experience. (And by the way....we are not yet Grandpas). WE never take anything for granted. OUR MISSION everyday is to advance the position of our clients brands....to sell more Pizza, more Budweiser, more Home Improvement items for Lowes....more goods and services on behalf of our roster of Blue Chip clients. That's why we exisit.

Pros

There are still some really cool, smart and fun to work with people. Summer fridays.

Cons

This agency went from one of the best in the country to a complete disaster that can't win a single client or creative award. No vision, no philosophy but to avoid losing yet another client. On top of the layoffs (every quarter), the best people are leaving and they can't hire new people fast enough because: (A) nobody wants to work there and (B) new HR is not very "people friendly". It used to be a happy, vibrant place. You walk around the office today and all you see is a bunch of empty desks and sad people sending out resumes.

Pros

Nothing will ever change here until the agency shuts down one or two years from now. This is a place for and by bureaucrats if that is what you are after. All you have to do is check our website to notice that out of 80 people, there are 10 account managers and finance people on the leadership group and only one creative.

Cons

The most creative people and the most demanding clients are leaving and all that is left is a dying shell of what used to be a good agency. I regret moving to this city and taking this job every day. They lied to me on the interview and now Im stuck here translating Facebook posts under the supervision of a frustrated creative leader.
