"Work Hard and Be Nice" is a sign that hangs in our office, which sums it up pretty well. We're a tight-knit group of fun coworkers and a passionate CEO. Everybody works hard, communicates well, and does what they can to improve individually and as a team. You have the ability to contribute to overall company growth in a meaningful way, identify projects to own and see through to fruition. Nobody is just a 'cog in the wheel' - there is a lot of interdepartmental collaboration and strategic discussions at every level. We have great clients and get to help them solve problems in creative ways. It's a company you can be proud to work for. The Bend community is also fantastic; there is a real sense of community and it's a beautiful, fun place to live.

One of my favorite aspects at LeadMethod is everyone's voice is heard. We are a tight-knit group that works toward success for everyone. The development team is nimble and the product is constantly improving, lead by client and internal feedback. The office is right by some of my favorite outdoor spots and there is definitely a culture of getting out and enjoying our beautiful surroundings.
