      - flexible working - lots of independence - nice staff - chance to make a difference to young people's lives

      Cons

      - lots of travel - unclear processes - sometimes quite disorganised - overtime often expected to meet targets - lots of administrative tasks - slightly 'corporate' vibes

      Pros

      Working for a not-for-profit organisation makes you feel good and you get to meet some amazing people, younger and older.

      Cons

      It's not easy - for the first two weeks of the programme you're on call 24/7 and the number of hours actually worked is not reflected in the wage.
