Pros

Worked with great people! Interesting courses offered.

Cons

Poor management. Poor scheduling. Questionable business practices (expo work). Unreliable HR department. Did not REIMBURSE or many others in the office monies due (employee's expected to travel on their own dime, plane tickets, food, travel expenses and were told they would be reimbursed...which DID NOT HAPPEN! BASICALLY WORKED FOR FREE..... as the travel expenses were expensive!). Shady company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Leaned hard on FREE VOLUNTEERS (the annex only offered to give them a free course for trade for their services...this was not a good program as MANY volunteers were not equipped to serve the public.... free workers in a FOR PROFIT environment typically do not work with excellence. True story!

Pros

Atmosphere could be laid back, fairly casual dressed office, great co-workers who were easy to get along with, no sense of competition between employees

Cons

President would come in once or twice a week and try to manage people, giving out arbitrary tasks to do. If the President didn't like you personally, no matter how well you did your job he would make your experience awful during the times he was around.

A waste of time

Pros

- Independent work - Kind of free range - The benefits promised were very good - Laid back direct management - Casual Dress code

Cons

- Senior Management wholly incompetent - Short-sighted - hiring employees, building full teams, departments of people and then firing them all within just a few weeks. Firing them right before their health insurance was meant to begin. - Not warning employees on how poor business was doing - how little was invested in the company. Seems like they planned to go on a hiring followed by firing spree.
