Pros
- exposure to different work environments (clinics, schools, in-home sessions) -pay for certification training -flexible hours -off on holidays and weekends
Cons
- nonexistent company culture -no acknowledgment or praise for hard work of employees -lack of efficient training on job and company expectations -very unorganized and condescending management team who care more about deflecting blame than taking care of their employees -supervisors are a hit or miss, I've had good supervisors but I've heard of other employees who message their supervisor for help and don't hear back for days at a time
