    Pros

Great onboarding and continual updates about the company, social events made me feel like family

    Cons

Supervisors were not proactive in dealing with ongoing coworker conflicts

    Advice to Management

As a contractor with the assigned client, I often needed more direction and empowerment for dealing with FTEs who were overtly condescending

    Pros

I've only worked for them once and did not have a good experience.

    Cons

I did a small freelance writing job for them. Work was approved, invoice submitted, and then nothing. Eventually, I was told my invoice was passed along to someone who would take care of it, and that person does not respond to inquiries.

    Advice to Management

    Don't steal, maybe?

    Pros

Work in Education space. Make a difference for next gen of children. Realistic pay rates. Great people to work with -- feel like a family environment, even though we are over 1000FTEs world-wide. Travel to client sites. Some are in great locations.

    Advice to Management

I have been working at LearningMate Solutions full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Ability to work with the leading ED-tech companies and the leading States and Districts in US Education.

Leadership is amongst the best in the Industry. Pay is excellent...working environment in AZ and Mumbai is amazing (I've been to most of LearningMate locations) Company President Sam is brilliantly engaged and has his hands on steering wheel...and US exec team of Amit Soman, Nachiket, Mohit, Ganesh, and Prasad are leaders in the industry. Company is well positioned to become the "Accenture and McKinsey of the Edtech space".

    Cons

Work life balance is similar to most high-growth organizations. Senior leadership work 18 hours a day. Hoping they don't burn out...that's the companies only risk.

    Advice to Management

Stay true to your beliefs. Achieve your dreams.

They are shameless, no matter how much bad you say about them they have this cheap smile on their face...!

    Cons

These are group and set of worst management & people in corporate industry & e learning industry.
They cheat their customers and charge them like anything...
Uneducated and unethical people are sitting in Arizona as Program managers...
Big lairs... all big talks but it stinks once you are on board !
No projects ... till date none of them are delivered on time or bug free...
    Worst and horrible HR..
    No policies...
    Horrible Politics..

    Advice to Management

Don't spend on people you have sent onsite as they hardly work ... if feel I am bluffing... just evaluate their skill sets and test it out in market.
