First of all they just stopped paying salary with only 2 days warning before salary day. Even on last day of working dues not settled, with many months of back pay due.

Unfair and different rules for different people (even for giving leaves), pretending it's based on some merit.
Appraisal was joke no proper feedback, just a judgment without any basis.
The founder keeps on talking about company problems or his challenges at all meetings instead of the topic for the meeting. Didn't give any confidence to hear him.
