      Most of junior staff is friendly and quite work-life balance. If you like to drink alcohol, it may be good to enjoy it as well.

      Cons

      Bossy management, CEO's wife intervenes, A lot of politics, No reasonable basis for bonus pay, No clear job training, Frequent alcohol dinners, Pressure to participate in gatherings, Attire restrictions, Learn nothing, You even have to return the bonus if you resign within 6 months of the payday.
